Connextra is a UK-based company promising to help merchants
deploy up-to-date marketing creative - making it easy to provide
instantly updated offers and to help your affiliates better merchandise
your offers.
With a number of applications ideally suited to help the
affiliate manager, Connextra is already being used by many
brand name advertisers and affiliate enabled merchants such
as Comet, MFI and the Electric Shop.
Connextra's sales manager, Iain Hutchison, was kind enough
to give me an online demo of their product.
The LiveAd product allows you to change the content of your
creative, live, whilst the campaign is still running. Through
an online interface the merchant can simply update any aspect
of the banner or button which in turn is automatically updated
across the affiliate sites.
While some of these more basic features are offered by some
of the affiliate networks, I found that some of the more advanced
data feed applications that Connextra offered rather interesting.
For example, Connextra have been working with betting sites
to serve appropriate betting odds according to upcoming events.
They also have the ability to serve banner content contextually
based on the affiliate sites content.
Iain, claimed that their clients have been seeing between
50% to 300% performance increases.
The Connextra products have been approved and integrated
with some of the leading affiliate networks including Commission
Junction, UKaffiliates and Tradedoubler.
Entry level pricing starts from £1,500 per month, for
those with an established network Connextra could prove to
be a useful tool to help maximize your affiliates productivity.
